Ryan Lochte’s disgraced sidekicks heckled by hate mob as they are finally allowed fly home from Rio after admitting they made up robbery story-media-2

The pair looked in shock as they walked past a huge media scrum outside a Rio police station just minutes after a damning press conference held by investigators. They had been held by police since the previous night, when they were pulled out of a US-bound plane. They were part of a group that also included Ryan Lochte and claimed to have been victims of an armed robbery by men posing as cops in Rio in the early hours of Sunday after a night out. Police have accused them of making up the story.
