The DAR Full is a 30 mile/ 48km course which will take participants to some of the gems of the Dingle Peninsula. Bike over the spectacular winding Conor Pass, follow in the footsteps of St Brandon climbing Ireland’s second highest Mountain range, run country roads and kayak in Dingle Harbour. The DAR Sport takes a spectacular route around the western point of the Dingle Peninsula. It begins with a short run to kayak, followed by a 1km sea kayak, a cycle around the stunning Slea head and up the steep Mam Clasack, a run up the mountain track to the summit of Mount Eagle and finally a cycle back to Dingle with a 1km run to finish. The DAR Mini is for those who are new to adventure racing and multi-sport events. Participants will get a great taste of running, biking, kayaking and the atmosphere at these great events. You don’t have to be very fit for the mini, just willing to give it a go. The course consists of a 1km run to Dingle Marina, a 1km sea kayak, a 7km cycle to Ventry, a 5km Ventry beach run, a 6km cycle back to Dingle, and a 1km run to the finish.
