Caitins Bar and Hostel in Kells on the Ring of Kerry. This pub has been in the ownership of the Golden family for generations. They are related to the famous Fenian John Golden who lived nearby and who led the Rising of 1867. He was transported to Australia afterwards. In recent years they have refurbished section of the line which is now known as ‘The Golden Mile’.
